She has also held leadership roles in Product Management, Marketing, Customer Experience and Call Center Operations. Jennifer is a collaborative, data driven leader with the right balance of strategic planning and operational execution. She is a problem solver with a passion for streamlining and automating processes while enhancing the product portfolio. She has experience establishing and growing mutually beneficial partnerships to drive enterprise value. In addition to the Customer Experience, Jennifer’s focus areas at EagleTEQ are Product Lifecycle Management, Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement, M&A and the associated integration work, P&L Optimization and Call Center Empowerment.
